Let’s talk about education in modern world. For me, as a professional teacher, it’s a painful and wide topic. Today I want to talk about it more narrowly — in the context of the application in conjunction with blocking technologies, to consider opportunities integration education with this new field and probably to define the further way of education development on the smart-contract basis. As an example, we will analyze the company, uniting a project aimed at education from one side and blockchain-platform from the other — “Tutor Ninja Token” or “NTOK”.
At first, we need to define current state in this field. The idea of continuing education more and more integrates with our lives. The quality of education plays an important role in the life of every person, but at the same time the system itself has an incredible number of unresolved problems! Globalization and technologies moving forward, but education can’t keep up with them. This is not the problem for some individual countries but for the mankind as a whole. Many of you familiar with the speech of famous Ken Robinson on TedTalk where he proves that education system needs to be changed, because mass education does not take into account the individual abilities of the student and does not give those results that are required in the modern world. Only focused and individual training can solve this problem!

Besides, in my opinion, there is list of secondaries’, but important problems in the field of offline education:
  1. Time costs to get to the teacher / educational institution (Throughout the year I attended language courses. (Exactly forty minutes I was spending for the lesson itself and another 2.5 hours for the road back and search for a parking space.)
  2. Intermediaries between the teacher and the student increasing final cost of education in several-fold.
  3. Strong price dispersion for the necessary courses and teachers plus lack of guarantees and reliable reviews
I will not continue; all this is enough to understand how inconclusive the current system is!
However, modern technologies suggest an obvious way out of this situation — online education on the blockchain platform!
