We are living the future! It may not be easy to comprehend this, but we even surpassed the year they traveled into in "Back to the future" movie, so for me that is official now. In last few decades humankind made great progress through science and technology in all areas of life. Many new opportunities are available for all of us, and because of that, the way we live our lives is changing. We now have access to knowledge from all human history in our hands; communication is fast, available and almost free, the opportunity to learn new things is here thanks to the internet, the technology surrounding us is saving our time and leaving more free time for us to spend the way we like. But to enjoy all these benefits, there was also price to be paid for anyone who wants to be a part of this new civilization. Everything became public, we are sharing great parts of our lives with complete strangers, and almost anyone can know where we are, what we do and what we like. It is hard if not impossible to avoid paying this price.

Thanks to thec. Many uprising projects are creating a new reality in which we don't need to depend on central authority controlling and having insights into our lives. One of the most important projects and leaders of the decentralized revolution is taking our location data from the hands of central authorities and making us independent. The name of this project is XY Oracle Network (XYO).

What is XYO?

XYO is blockchain based trustless, zero-knowledge proof, cryptographic location network that eliminates the need for centralized location data gathering. XYO Network will enable locating any object or individual through many device classes and protocols. To make this possible XYO team is using "Proof of Origin" and "Bound Witness" to merge decentralized blockchain world with our real-world data into one new game-changing network.
This may sound like something from the future, but as I told you at the opening of this article we are living the future, and XYO project is already available and ready for business. They have the existing operational infrastructure of 1,000,000 tracking beacons that represent one of the biggest consumer Bluetooth and GPS networks in the world, and for XYO project this is just a beginning!

Even at first reading, it is not easy to understand all technical details for someone without tech background I found XYO WHITEPAPERchallenging and interesting. To simplify everything we could say, even that would not be 100% accurate, that XYO team created decentralized upgraded GPS system that is safer to use and less vulnerable to any unwanted interference from third parties. Creating something of this magnitude and importance is a great accomplishment, and possible business applications for XYO project are numerous. To get more information about possible use cases XYO provide us with detail explanation and documentation for all major ones: eCommerce, Medical Care and Hospitals, Rental Car Agencies, Commercial Airline Luggage Logistic , Insurance Agencies, National Security Agencies, Drone Package Delivery Systems and more of them coming soon.

I wrote articles about more than 150 ICOs in last six months and spent hundreds of hours reading and thinking about them. I must say that I am impressed with everything about XYO project, from their website, promotion video, idea, already established business, a ton of documents and papers with use cases and business plans for the future and of course people behind this project. This is how you prepare a project for ICO and present it to the public and potential investors, and all future ICOs could learn from XYO.
